Good design is smart.

I believe that every job, from the simplest ad to the most complex brochure, must begin with a good idea. Smart planning, research, and asking the right questions are my tools for a successful design. From there, all other components fall into place with the help of sound technical skill.

Being a designer keeps me on my toes. By day I work as a Senior Graphic Designer at Nature Publishing Group in New York City. By night I'm a freelancer, with a wide range of projects and clients. I enjoy the combination of steady full-time work and varied freelance, which allows me freedom to choose projects that inspire. I see every project as a learning experience and take away valuable knowledge from each one.

When not designing, I can usually be found running. I am proud to be a competitive athlete and work hard to be better than I was the day before!
